Major (at the time "Captain" Halis Ataksor commanded the 3 Battalion of the 27th Regiment. Across from him, was Captain Eric William Tulloch of the 11th Battallion. Both commanders were injured. Halis took a hit on his arm, while Tulloch took a hit from his leg. |
